Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted on May 3, 2022 through May 5, 2022, Visiting Nurses Association of Venango County Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
